Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Appilio (“Service”), a web-based platform that allows you to generate, edit, and publish onboarding applications (funnels, landing pages, quizzes, and forms) for your mobile apps or websites. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute malware, phishing content, or other harmful code
• Infringe any intellectual property or other legal rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other people
• Transmit unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data
• Use the Service for illegal gambling, adult content, weapons, or other prohibited categories

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content, data, and applications you create on the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. We may use aggregated, anonymized, non-identifying performance data to improve our AI models and the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI assistant is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI output before publishing. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. You assume all responsibility for the published output.

6. Billing and Payment

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoicing, VAT/sales tax, and chargebacks on our behalf. Prepaid credits are drawn down as you consume the Service (e.g., $0.001 per visitor). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. 7. Price Changes

We may change pricing at any time. For subscriptions, we will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect at your next renewal. Credit package pricing changes affect only new top-ups; credits already purchased retain their original value.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service to harm others or our infrastructure. On termination, we will delete Your Content within 30 days except where required by law to retain it. Unused credit balance may be refunded on request.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that any defect will be corrected. Without limiting the foregoing, we disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and/or dashboard notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia, unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
